Ingredients

toast pieces of any whole grain bread or a gluten-free one
1
avocado
1
tsp
regular lemon juice
As seasonings: Salt and pepper
Extras: Poached egg
tomato, any kind of green, or cheese
Instructions
Toast the bread in a way that is comfortable for you.
Cut large ripe avocados into half; take out the center and crush it with a fork. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Take the crushed avocado and rub it on the toast.
You can place optional eggs, tomatoes or other stalks over it.
Serve immediately.
Notes
In a seasoning dressing or sauce, the amount of seasoning depends on the taste preferences of the consumer and should not be overly salty or bland.
If wishing to avoid dairy products, simply omit the cheese and egg.
