Ingredients

Instructions
Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
Add the salmon pieces to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for 15 minutes.
For Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Skewer the salmon and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side.
For Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
For Searing: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve warm with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
