Ingredients

pork tenderloin

bell peppers, broccoli, carrots

medium onion
sliced

garlic

ginger
grated

freshly squeezed orange juice

soy sauce

cornstarch

sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Slice pork into thin strips against the grain.
Mix orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry pork for 5-7 minutes until browned; set aside.
Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and veggies for 4-5 minutes.
Return pork to the pan, add sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Serve over rice or noodles.
