Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables bell peppers, broccoli, carrots
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Slice pork into thin strips against the grain.
  • Mix orange juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Return pork to the pan, add sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
