Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.
Stir in the frozen green beans until well-coated with the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle the crispy fried onions on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
