Poach the Eggs: Get a saucepan and fill it with water and then add vinegar. Bring the water to boil and poach the eggs for about 3-4 minutes.
Prepare Hollandaise Sauce: Butter is to be melted. Egg yolks and lemon juice are whipped together and with the mix, melted butter is added slowly until it becomes thick.
Toast the Bread: While the poaching of the eggs is being done, concise the bread and toast till crisp on the out end but hot soft inside.
Mash Avocado: Take an avocado and mash it. No watery flesh remains, combine with salt and pepper seasoning and lemon tea.
Assemble the Toast: Make sure avocado has been applied on the toasted bread and place poach eggs on top and hollandaise is poured on top.
Add Fruit: Complements with fruits such as strawberries or bananas.
