Ingredients

  • 1 package 5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 12 oz pasta of your choice
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add Boursin cheese and heavy cream to the pan, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing well to coat evenly.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot!
