Costco-Style Frozen Pizza
Make your own frozen pizza at home, just like Costco’s, for quick, easy meals.
Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ cups pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of choice pepperoni, sausage, veggies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the dough and let it rise. Roll it out into a pizza shape.
- Add sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
- Freeze the pizza on a tray until firm. Once frozen, wrap in plastic and foil.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven and bake frozen pizza for 15-18 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
