Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower grated
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice pepperoni, veggies, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grate the cauliflower and microwave for 8 minutes.
  • Place the cooked cauliflower in a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess water.
  • Mix cauliflower, egg, 1 cup mozzarella, salt, and garlic powder.
  • Shape the mixture into a crust on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  • Remove from the oven, add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Slice and serve.
