Costco Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Ingredients

large head of cauliflower
grated
1
egg
beaten
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
½
tsp
salt
½
tsp
garlic powder
1
cup
pizza sauce
1 ½
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings of choice
pepperoni, veggies, etc.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grate the cauliflower and microwave for 8 minutes.
Place the cooked cauliflower in a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess water.
Mix cauliflower, egg, 1 cup mozzarella, salt, and garlic powder.
Shape the mixture into a crust on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven, add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Slice and serve.
