In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick.
Use a cookie cutter to cut out donut shapes.
Fry the donuts in batches, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, combine coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Once the donuts have cooled, use a piping bag to fill each donut with coconut cream.
Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or glaze the tops.
