Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the ground venison, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined and form into patties.
