Ingredients

cooked cannellini beans
or beans of choice

bunch of kale
chopped
2
tbsp
olive oil
3
garlic cloves
minced
1
small onion
chopped
1/2
tsp
red pepper flakes
1
tsp
dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

cups
vegetable broth
1
tbsp
lemon juice
optional
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until soft.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for another minute.
Stir in kale and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
Add beans, broth, and oregano. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
