Ingredients

Instructions
Heat water, kosher salt, and sugar in a pot until dissolved.
Add lemon and lime slices, oregano, black peppercorns, and bay leaves. Stir well.
Cool the brine completely.
Submerge turkey in the brine and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Rinse turkey thoroughly before cooking.
