Ingredients

rice bubbles or rice puffs

desiccated coconut

unsweetened cocoa powder

icing sugar

butter or coconut oil

vanilla extract
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice bubbles and desiccated coconut.
In a saucepan, melt the butter or coconut oil over low heat. Once melted, whisk in the cocoa powder and icing sugar until smooth and well combined.
Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the rice bubble and coconut mixture, and stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
Scoop the chocolate crackle mixture into paper cases or a muffin tin, pressing down gently to compact the mixture.
Refrigerate the chocolate crackles for at least 30 minutes, or until they have set.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
