  • For the Pizza:
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce:
  • In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, cilantro, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic.
  • Gradually whisk in the olive oil until well blended.
  • Add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Assemble the Pizza:
  • Spread a generous amount of chimichurri sauce over the pizza crust.
  • Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Distribute the halved cherry tomatoes over the cheese.
  • Add grated Parmesan for an extra kick.
  • Bake the Pizza:
  • Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  • Garnish and Serve:
  • Once out of the oven, let the pizza cool for a few minutes.
  • Top with fresh basil leaves and drizzle more chimichurri sauce if desired.
  • Slice and serve hot!
