Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the shrimp to the marinade, mixing well to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • (Optional) Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  • Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Baste with remaining marinade during the last minute of cooking.
  • Remove from the grill, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley, and serve hot.
