Ingredients

large shrimp
peeled and deveined

olive oil

Worcestershire sauce

tablespoon
hot sauce
adjust to taste
4
cloves
garlic
minced

paprika
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Lemon wedges
for garnish
Fresh parsley

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the marinade, mixing well to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
(Optional) Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
Baste with remaining marinade during the last minute of cooking.
Remove from the grill, garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley, and serve hot.
