Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter peanut or almond
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk or water as needed
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
