Ingredients

kosher salt

brown sugar

dried rosemary

thyme

black peppercorns

cold water
Instructions
Combine apple cider, kosher salt, and brown sugar in a pot. Heat until dissolved.
Add rosemary, thyme, and black peppercorns. Stir well.
Let the brine cool completely and add 2 cups cold water.
Submerge turkey in the brine and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Rinse turkey before cooking.
